Marilyn B. Rodriguez

Marilyn Rodriguez, 49, passed away at home on Saturday, June 6, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. After courageously overcoming ovarian cancer and beginning to heal, she became ill again and left this world far too soon. Marilyn will be remembered for her contagious laugh, sharp sense of humor, and deep love of music. Her heart was full of love as she found joy and meaning in the beauty around her. More than anything, Marilyn cared deeply for others. She lived her life in service, never measuring success by money, but by the lives she could touch—especially those of single mothers and anyone in need of compassion. She cared about all living creatures and trusted God above all things. Her greatest joy was her son, Paulo Sebastian, who was not only her beloved child but also her best friend. She is survived by her son, Paulo Sebastian; her parents, Marjorie Bernal (Ray) and Pete Rodriguez (Rhonda); her brothers, Pedro Rodriguez Jr. (Shannon) and Caden Rodriguez; and her nephew, Evan, and niece, Elissa. Marilyn’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her, and her legacy of faith, laughter, kindness, and service will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
